You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories included. Who pays the return postage depends on why the item is coming back.
If a product arrives damaged, is dead on arrival, or fails within the 7-day window under normal use, Wavtron pays the return shipping and replaces the unit free of charge, or refunds you in full if a replacement is unavailable. Email us your order ID and photos of the fault to start the process — do not ship anything back before we confirm, so we can arrange the pickup.
If you ordered the wrong part or no longer need it, you may still return it within 7 days provided it is unused and unopened. In this case the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, and the original forward shipping charge is not refunded.
Static-sensitive components supplied in sealed anti-static packaging cannot be returned once that packaging has been opened, except where the item is faulty. Where a specific product carries different return terms, those terms are stated on its product page and take precedence over this section.
If you cancel before your order has been shipped, a flat 5% cancellation charge applies. The remaining amount will be refunded within 2 business days. Credit to your original payment method takes 1–14 days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to return it, do not accept the delivery — ask the courier to return it to sender without opening the parcel.
