Wavtron reserves the right to accept products for return at its discretion. Eligibility of a product for return will be expressly mentioned on the product page. Only sealed and undamaged items may be returned. Any expenses incurred for returning a product to Wavtron will be borne by the buyer. Wavtron reserves the right to recover such costs from the buyer if they are not paid.
If you cancel before your order has been shipped, a flat 5% cancellation charge applies. The remaining amount will be refunded within 2 business days. Credit to your original payment method takes 1–14 days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to return it, do not accept the delivery — ask the courier to return it to sender without opening the parcel.
